Symptoms of Candida: Scary But Can Be Cured

In this 21st century people are not scared of ghost or Dracula but are scared of Candida Yeast infection. Candidiasis is an infection caused by Candida fungus. This fungus is present in the mucous membrane of mouth, intestinal tract, and vagina in harmless state. However, due to unhealthy eating habits and poor immune system, it multiplies resulting infection and show Candida symptoms.

The first symptom that is caused by Candida yeast overgrowth is chronic fatigue. As the fungus divides, it starts attacking the immune system. Then immune system responds and fights back. When it is busy fighting back with the fungus, your energy is less. Thus, your immune system compromise and you always feel tired and fatigue.

As we know that “prevention is better than cure”, for the prevention of symptoms of Candida you should limit the intake of antibiotics, food with high sweets and yeast, and refined food. For the treatment, special diet called “Candida diet,” a systematic diet controlling way, can cure the infection.  It involves natural way by changing daily dietary. In this, in the first two weeks you should eliminate sugar containing food, dairy products except for natural, avoid yeast and fungus including mushrooms, alcohol, and bread; avoid caffeine, including tea or coffee. 

You should consume food containing omega 3 which includes salmon fish, tuna fish, and sardines that helps in increasing the immune system. Thus this diet is not difficult to follow and is very effective and healthy. Practitioners suggest that it takes minimum a month to recover. When there is improvement in the symptoms of Candida, you can reintroduce your usual diet.
